The best experience. Great communication, service, clean/ new vehicles, kind and thoughtful drivers and staff. Background- I had to move my 86 year old mother ,who is in a wheelchair , from Reno to Fremont in the dead of winter. Their staff confirmed the trip a few days prior and they would have to get snow chains for the drive. Day of trip , the staff communicated status of driver thru a tracking app. This was very helpful because it took a small army of people to get my mom ready for the trip and to welcome her in Ca. My mom arrived at her new home happy and actually calm and rested. So thankful.

I had Safe Ridezz transport my husband from his board and care home in Livermore to the Dublin kaiser for an appt. We were all ready to be picked up but he had another nose bleed and had to go into urgent care so I called them again to say we were going to be delayed to be picked up and they were very kind about letting us know that when we needed them to just call and they would be there.
